If you’ve been with us for a while, you know that Saturdays usually mean a “Chipper” WOD. Chippers typically feature a long list of movements for you to work through in a prescribed order. You start at the beginning and work your way through the movements until completion, the same way a log is fed through a wood chipper, hence the name 🙂 .

20 HSPU

25 KB swings 24/16

30 Burpees

25 KB swings

20 HSPU
