  1. One of my rules of Crossfit is “Never underestimate a WOD”. Luckily I didn’t on this one and had to base myself accordingly. Goal was to reach Sub-30mins at least and happy I got 26mins. Runs are always and will always make it harder so best utilize reps wisely. Loved it. Thanks Coaches
