Clean
Work up to heavy singles. (Determine 1 Rep Max if not already known)

Met-Con
3 Minute AMRAP
3 Cleans 80/40
6 Push ups

1 minute rest after 3 minutes is up. Then:

3 Minute AMRAP
3 Cleans 80/40
6 Push ups
9 Pull ups

Another 1 minute rest after 3 minutes. Then:

3 Minute Amrap
3 Cleans 80/40
6 Push ups
9 Pull ups
12 Pistol squats (alternating)

 

Scale as needed.
