Accumulate Handstand Hold against wall  for 5 minutes

Each time you break, perform 10 burpees


In teams of 2, perform:

200 KB Swings

200 Wallballs

*both partners to complete 5 burpees EMOM.

*20min time cap

Scale as needed.
