Handstand walk practice
Gymnastics movements and drilling (cartwheel, handsprings, etc).
Handstand push ups (strict) 3 strict + 4 kipping  (3 Rounds)

WOD:
50 Double Unders
40 Wall Balls
30 Cleans
20 Box Jumps
10 Toes to Bar
For time

Finisher: Sprint 400m

Scale as needed.
