CrossFit Fatu Toa’s Monthly Challenge May 2015

This month’s challenge is simple, as many burpees as you can in 60 seconds. 
The burpees must adhere to the CrossFit standards: 

  • Your Hips Must Reach An Open Position.
  • Your Hands Must Touch a Target Six Inches Above Where Your Fingers End When You Stand On The Ground With Your Hands Overhead (in this case the rings or the bar).
  • Your Chest Must Touch The Ground.

Furthermore the challenge has to be completed in front of at least one of the coaches at CrossFit Fatu Toa.
So you have 1 month to get those burpees done and record your score on the leaderboard at the cave!
Challenge ends on the 20th June 2015, and the winner will be announced on our FB and IG page.
