Skill/Strength
10 Minute EMOM
1 x Muscle up ODD minute
5 x HSPU Even minute

Scales for Muscle up are 2 Chest to bar pull up/ 3 pull up/5 ring rows
Scales for HSPU are Decline pushups/10 x hand release push ups

WOD: 
5 Rounds for time of
5 KB Snatch 24/12 (Each arm)
10 Box jumps 24/20
10 Meter OH walking lunge with plate 20/10

Scale as needed.
