Strength/Skill:
Strict Press
3 x 10 @ 70% of 1RM
3 x 5 @ 80%  of 1RM
2 x 2 @ 90% of 1RM

If you don’t know your 1RM, use today to find it.

Met-Con:
8 minute EMOM
Shoulder to overhead x3 (80/45)
KB swings as many reps as possible for the remainder of the minute (24/16)

Your score is the total number of KB swings completed in the 8 minutes.

Scale as needed.
