The CrossFit Fatu Toa June Challenge is:
Farmer Walk for maximum distance
Male’s: 24 kgs
Females: 12 kgs
The challenge is to walk as far as you possibly can while holding 2 Kettle Bells. Movement standards are:
– No Dropping KB’s
– No Running (its called a Famers WALK)
– CF Fatu Toa coach must be present to watch and measure distance.
