Strict Muscle Ups x 3
3 Rounds
(Scale for beginners 3 Pull ups / ring rows and 3 dips or muscle up progression)

5 Muscle Ups
10 Wall Balls 10/4
5 Power Clean 65/35
Run 100 meters in between rounds

5 Rounds for time 

Time cap at 20 minutes

Post Score to comments, scale as required.
Note choose your weight/scale wisely.
