3 Position Snatch
Ground
Below Knee
Above Knee (Hang)
65%, 70%, 75% 3 Sets Each.

Met-ConĀ 
10 Minute EMOM Snatch Ladder

Start the first minute with 2 x Reps of Squat snatch 50/25
Increase reps by 2 after every minute for 10 minutes or until failure.
(example 2,4,6,8,10 etc etc).

If you dont make to the ten minute mark, complete 5 burpees for every minute not completed.

Post load and score to comments.
Scale as needed.
