Fatu Toa July Fitness Challenge!!

Its that time again to test how well you can move !
July’s challenge is to perform as many double unders as you can in
1 MINUTE.

Conditions are as follows:
– must have at least 1 person watching and counting.
– Rope must make 2 full revolutions around athletes body

So get those ropes out and give it a go!
