In teams of 2, each person to complete:

3 hang power cleans + 2 front squats + 1 push jerk

then;

Partner DT”

In teams of 2, complete the following at 70/45kg. Athletes will alternate rounds until each has completed five rounds.

12 deadlifts

9 hang power cleans

6 push jerks

15min time cap. Scale as needed.
