CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to give you a broad range of physical skills. Our specialty is not specializing. We advocate “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. We incorporate elements of Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and endurance sports into our program because we believe that everyone should be well rounded and be ready for anything that life may throw at them. CrossFit is universally scalable and is suitable for everybody, from elite athletes to grandparents. Anyone with a body can do CrossFit and reap the benefits of being functionally fit and better prepared for any challenge that may arise.
