Our CrossFit kids program emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. It's an exciting and fun way for our young athletes to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits! Held Monday Wednesday and Friday at 3:15 pm during school term.
If the barbell is your thing, consider joining our barbell club! An additional service to our regular membership. This class takes place every Friday at 5:30 pm and we follow the Burgerner strength program.
